By purchasing a ticket to the Indian Food Festival & Expo, you
agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase:
1.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will
be provided unless the event is cancelled.
1.2. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written
approval from the event organizer.
1.3. A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Lost, stolen,
or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
2. Entry and Re-entry:
2.1. Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket and matching
ID, if required.
2.2. Re-entry to the venue may not be permitted unless the
attendee has received a valid wristband or hand stamp upon
initial entry.
2.3. Re-entry is strictly subject to the venue's capacity
limitations at the time of return. If the venue has reached
its maximum allowed occupancy, re-entry may be delayed or
denied, even with valid credentials. Attendees are encouraged
to plan accordingly.
2.4. Children under 10 years of age do not require a ticket
and must be accompanied by a paying adult. Proof of age may be
requested.
3. Seating:
3.1. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served
basis.
3.2. Within the reserved seating section, seat numbers are not
assigned. Entry into the section is guaranteed, but specific
seats are not.
4. Food and Beverages:
4.1. Food will be available for purchase from a wide variety
of vendors.
4.2. A limited number of free samples may be offered at select
booths; availability is not guaranteed.
4.3. Attendees are responsible for checking ingredient
information and allergen notices at each vendor's booth.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement:
5.1. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified
and offered a refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
5.2. The organizer is not liable for travel or accommodation
costs incurred by ticket holders in the event of a
cancellation.
6. Conduct and Safety:
6.1. All attendees must adhere to the event's code of conduct
and safety protocols.
6.2. Offensive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in
removal from the venue without refund.
6.3. The event reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at
its discretion.
7. Liability:
7.1. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the
event, including but not limited to food allergies, personal
injury, or loss of personal belongings.
7.2. The organizer, sponsors, and vendors are not liable for
any direct or indirect damages.
8. Media Release:
8.1. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed,
or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
8.2. All media captured at the event is the property of the
organizer.
9. Health Guidelines:
9.1. Attendees must follow all current health and safety
guidelines as directed by state or local authorities.
